And I Saw You Stated Everybody Has to have A Person in the Right and Left Line. Does that Mean I cannot get Paid on my Downline Until someone is in the LEFT.

You will not get paid until you have some personally sponsored on both sides, and of course you have to match the volume on both legs to get paid. Remeber, whatever pays you generate one week will pay you again in the following month! So it will be ever increasing as time goes on and you support your team.

Do I Ever have to Put Someone in the LEFT Line, or can I just keep Everybody in the RIGHT like Everybody else seems to be doing. Sorry for all the Questions, But I Have 2 People Personally signed up that are Emailing Me Wanting to Know how this all Works in detail.

You will need to have at least one pesonally sponsored person on the R and you can place all the rest on the L and watch the growth. If one leg starts to get longer than the other, as long as you are qualified there, you can switch to the other leg. You do that through your back office under "Profile".

As long as you have one personally sponsored person on both sides, it doesn't matter which side you put all the other people you sponsor. Just make sure to have at least one on the other side. That is what qualifies you. If you only sponsored one person on each side but they each went crazy with signups, you would get paid on matching volume from both sides.

You want to try to have both legs even.... because matching volume on each side is what will pay you. So if you have a runaway leg with no volume on the other side, it will "bank" until there is volume on the opposite side to match it.

That is normal. Sometimes people jump on an opportunity and start telling others about it and sometimes they sit on it for a while to see what will happen. Sometimes they don't know what to do next, so communication from you will be a big asset. Start by sending your personal signups (only those you personally refer) a welcome email like the one I provided a copy of on the team support page. That will start to educate them on how the pay plan works and will open up communication between you. Send me any questions you feel you can't answer.
